Happy International Women’s Day!!

We’re celebrating BIG today with 30% off your whole purchase (NO CODE NEEDED!)!! What more could you ask for?

Oh, some helpful informational?

Sure!

Here are 3 reason why international women’s day is important!

* Women STILL get paid less than their male counterparts at work! Even with MORE qualification, MORE work ethic and MORE contributions to the company. Statistically, in 2019, women earned $0.79 USD to every $1.00 a man earned.

• Why is this?

• Women are less likely to work in higher level, higher paying jobs. This is be ause there is also an opportunity gap, disallowing women the same advantages to move up in the work place as men (In short terms that means men end up getting raises and promotions at a faster rate than women who are more qualified or just better suited for the job)

(rated 4 out of 5 stars on https://www.charitynavigator.org )

* 130 million girls are OUT of education around the world

• Why is this important?

• One extra year of education can (statistically) raise yearly income by nearly 20%. We all know education is important, so why not push for those girls to get access to modern education and allow to learn how to a better their lives.

* Domestic Violence affects (2018 statistics and estimated) 4.8 million women but still isn’t considered a crime in more than 15 countries. • Why is this important?

• Mental health and wellness directly correlates with growing up/being in a healthy safe environment. Millions of women every year are losing their safety, sanity and lives due to domestic violence. Domestic violence is also a pattern, it takes (statistically) 7 times for someone to finally leave their abusers. Some don’t even get a chance to make it to 7.
